The Bilişim Summit which carries its projects on digital platforms, brought the companies together in an event titled ‘The new Face of Digital Transformation’. One of speakers on the ‘Compulsory and Quality Transformation in Pandemic’ panel was Basar Demircan, General Manager of Reis Makina, a leading company in the sector that manages its processes with caniasERP. Demircan talked about the road map that his company followed during the pandemic and their digital transformation journey with caniasERP.

The technologies that we use, especially the ERP software allows us to collect, report, analzye reports and quickly make decisions in a crisis environment. As Reis Makine, we make decisions by evaluating the data that we have. These decision we make gets us one step closer. For this reason, we think that digital transformation is an imperative, not an option. The important thing is putting the human mind at the center and managing the data at hand and evaluating their outcomes.

In addition to the advantages that we gained, our managers, business leaders and shareholders have realized the importance of technology investments and how much value this adds to our company. Our experience during the pandemic has shed light on the future for us. For the next step, we will work to ensure that all suppliers, dealers and customers are more actively involve in digital transformation. We are planning to automate studies into procurement processes, advancing technology one step in payment system and much more.”
